I believe bodywork through touch is healing to the mind, body and soul.  Whether you seek massage for pampering, rejuvenating or therapeutic reasons for “a treat”, stress relief or pain management, massage therapy can be a powerful ally in your corner.  I have trained in Swedish Relaxation Massage, Fascia Release, Acupressure, Craniosacral Therapy Massage, Holistic Integrative Therapies, Lymphatic Drainage Technique and Holistic Bodywork for Injury and Trauma.  Each client will receive a professional, intentional and unique massage that is tailored to your specific needs and problems with each visit.

I provide my services in a private practice with affordable rates.  I also travel to your location, if agreed upon in advance. I do not process health insurance and I do provide insurance statement of services.
